From day one, Yael Poliavich wanted to create a charity that would be aimed at ensuring global expansion. For this purpose, Yael Poliavich has designed a distinct strategy.
It envisages the involvement of local organizations, providing them with modern curricula and all necessary resources for implementing them practically.
Yael’s Personality: from Origins to Professional Success
It is easy to notice Yael Poliavich’s persistence, commitment to education, and planning. These qualities were much inspired by the environments she lived and worked in.
Yael Poliavich was born in 1982 in Kyrgyzstan. Her mother, a music teacher at the M. Abdraev Republican Boarding School in Bishkek, was a person who strongly impacted Yael’s personal views.
Yael Poliavich also gained an education in the reputable local educational institution, the Academy of Public Administration in Kyrgyzstan (1999-2004), where she obtained a degree in Finance, Economics, and Credit.
Until 2021, Yael Poliavich worked as a finance professional. She got a solid understanding of operational management and finance there.
These experiences, along with those related to scaling business processes, were very helpful for achieving the results of her philanthropic endeavours.

The charity managed by Yael Poliavich now cooperates with a wide range of educational programs and institutions, aiming at covering all possible educational levels:
- 64 Primary Schools. The institutions where Jews children obtain a foundational education are emphasized first. Yael’s initiatives are aimed at helping children learn more about Jewish culture and heritage.
- 18 Kindergartens. The foundation also invests in the creation of safe and supportive environments for children to encourage their early development.
- 20 Sunday Schools. The Yael Foundation also supports complementary educational programs centered on Jewish culture, history, and heritage.
- 11 After-School Programs. Yael Poliavich has also inspired educational initiatives aimed at helping children develop life skills and additional interests beyond their classroom.

Today, Yael Poliavich has already achieved compelling results. Her foundation supports 143 formal and informal educational programs in 45 countries across the globe.
Children in remote communities get the same access to high-quality, identity-centered education as children living in megapolises.
